Theo and I (Out Front Brands) were honored to be invited to attend the “Person of Vision Award & Dinner” at the Vinoy in Saint Petersburg, Florida, hosted by Prevent Blindness Florida on March 20, 2014. This event honored Betty Castor, Former USF President (http://tinyurl.com/ods2tza) and US Representative Kathy Castor (http://castor.house.gov/). I was inspired by Alex’s heart-felt toast to Betty and Kathy (as well as toasts by many other amazing presenters)…and to have had the opportunity to meet Kathy Castor and Alex Sink (http://www.politifact.com/personalities/alex-sink/) in person. Truly amazing, captivating and accomplished women who inspire, care and make a difference. Thank you to Premier Eye Care and my dear friend Marla Grant for inviting us!  It’s one thing to read about people, but much more powerful to meet them and hear them speak in person.
