About This Project
RaceHawk is an event registration website. They serve local events for the Tampa Bay, Florida triathlon, swimming, biking and running community. An extension of Florida Race Place Magazine, RaceHawk focuses on promoting local events that utilize their registration portal and are produced by Race Director Fred Rzymek. Out Front Brands designed their their logo and brand guidelines, created their mem, social media strategy and produced all custom posting graphics and newspaper advertisements, as well as custom illustrated race course maps. We designed and managed an email campaign using Mail Chimp, geared towards increasing participant registration and created post-event surveys using Survey Monkey and provided results to RaceHawk which helped them improve the quality of thier events and increased participation. We also managed all live-event video streaming, photography and post-event marketing. (Note: OFB did not produce or design the registration site nor do we currently support Facebook marketing.)
