Michelle Walker Nault is a marketing and creative professional with more than 17 years experience launching and marketing new products, services and organizations. She specializes in translating customer insights into dynamic, evolving and fresh brands… and she breathes visual excitement and customer engagement into every campaign she manages. Her exuberant personality inspires the best in any team.

Prior to co-founding Out Front Brands, as a marketing manager and creative director for FIS Loyalty Services, she helped launch new loyalty and payments products, as well as supported branding, marketing and sales efforts for more than 32 existing products. Her primary responsibility from 2011-2013 was branding and launching ScoreCard® Retail Rewards, a Retail Loyalty product for FIS Loyalty Services, into the national loyalty market for retail stores, convenience stores and gas stations. She also assisted clients with everything from marketing consultations, program branding and program launch, to planning, production and execution for special events and sweepstakes.

In 2012, in an industry that was historically social media phobic, she successfully launched the B2C social media marketing campaign strategy for ScoreCard Rewards. The ScoreCard Merchandise and Travel Rewards program is the flagship product for FIS Loyalty Services and caters to the credit union and banking industry. Focusing on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest , she created all content, graphics, special events and sweepstakes geared towards helping financial institutions effectively market their loyalty programs. The ultimate goal was to increase cardholder awareness, engagement and redemptions. She cultivated an active and engaged fan base from 0-20k in less than 12 months.

Michelle is a photographer for the Heart Gallery of Pinellas and Pasco Counties, enjoys live comedy, sci-fi movies and loves spending time with her highly-intelligent and deliciously devious four dogs: Angelita, Olivia, Stella May and Winston.
